Today we are breaking the mould on what leadership means especially for the woman in leadership.

When women become leaders, they provide a different set of skills and imaginative perspectives. More importantly, female leaders bring structural and cultural differences to the table, which drive effective solutions. This creative standpoint and unique sense of awareness will also allow them to study and uncover the finer details that may be missed by others. Dr. Tina shares some very practical things with us so that we are able to introspect and know where we are leading from Compassion, impact, etc.
