Shailee tells us about her ambitious plans and how she managed to achieve them before her thirties, which included climbing the corporate ladder to become CEO, earning a six-figure income, and being the youngest executive all while being the only woman of colour at the table, carrying a diaper bag and most of all being the only woman at the table.
In Shailee’s own words “I did that and I reached that goal of what I wanted to become and realized it felt so unfulfilling even though I had my six-figure salary, and my big title. Because what I was missing was how I am showing up in the position of leadership.”!
